How It Works

  • 1. Read & Sign the Pledge

    READ IT (below). Sign it. Send it.

  • 2. Sign Up for Account

    1. Navigate to Autumn Schedule & Class Packages page.

    2. Click on SIGN UP to create account.

  • 3. Register for Classes

    AFTER you receive your Challenge Code via email, LOGIN and register for at least two classes per week. Classes during the Challenge are 100% FREE

Men’s 30-Day Yoga Challenge Pledge

  1. I hereby pledge to put myself first during yoga classes. I will minimize distractions and participate fully every time.

  2. During the designated Challenge period (9/1/25-10/5/25), I will take at least two (2) classes every seven (7) days to the best of my ability. Classes may be a combination of both 30 and 60 minute classes, and any combination of both meditation and asana (poses) classes.

  3. If I choose to turn my camera off, I understand that that class will not count toward the grand prize.

  4. I will not push myself past my physical limitations and I will be honest with myself and my yoga teachers.

  5. I will respect myself, other students, and my yoga teachers at all times.

Why Men Only?

  • To the point. Fewer frills.

  • A 2024 flexibility study found men ages 46-65 with low flexibility scores were twice as likely to die during the 13-year study period than men with higher scores.*

  • In a 2023 survey, 59% of men in the U.S. reported feeling anxious and 54% reported feeling depressed in the last 2 weeks.**

  • Men deserve all the benefits of yoga too, but are often ignored.
